Forever Ready Productions is looking to add a Video Producer Intern to our summer line up. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to jump in, learn fast, and contribute from day one. You won’t just "dabble"—you’ll get real-world, resume-worthy experience telling meaningful stories for nonprofits and small businesses. If you're humble, curious, and a natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced creative environments, let’s talk!

• Own your own project (seriously—from budget to timeline to crew)

• Support client projects from pitch to delivery alongside our Emmy-winning team

• Edit, shoot, and produce video content that makes a real impact

• Help manage digital files, gear, and team workflows to keep things running smoothly

• Show up ready to learn, contribute, and grow every day

• You’re in college (or a recent grad) and already have a reel that shows off your talent and experience

• You’re confident behind a camera and in the editing suite (Premiere Pro preferred) and willing to expand and grow that skill

• You’re open to feedback, thrive in collaborative settings, and love a challenge

• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and always looking to get better

• You’re in it for more than a credit—you want to make an impact with your work

• Polished projects on-time and on-budget

• Learn our systems—and use them to make our team better

• Communicate clearly with team members and eventually clients

• Produce work that we’re proud to share with our clients—and that you’re proud to put on your reel

• Efficiency - Ability to optimize processes and produce high quality work quickly

• Passion - A heart for the work and mission of our non-profit and small business clients
